This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile and desktop applications provided by Mayi VPN (the "App", "Service", "we", or "us") collect, use, store, and protect information. We process data under principles of necessity, transparency, and security.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect information required for service operation, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system version, app version, connection status, crash logs, and approximate region. This information is used for: 1. Node recommendations based on Mayi VPN route availability; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Service communication such as security notices, version updates, and account-related messages.

We share anonymized or aggregated data with third-party service providers only when necessary, such as app store services, crash analysis, basic analytics, or messaging infrastructure. Except where required by law, platform safety, fraud investigation, or contracted service support under confidentiality duties, we do not disclose personal information to third parties. You may stop new app data generation by uninstalling the App through the standard device process.

User-provided data is retained during the account period and for a reasonable security retention period afterward. To close your account or request deletion of personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such data was collected by mistake, we will take steps to delete it. Guardians may contact us through the same email address.
