This agreement is a legal contract between you and Mayi VPN (the "Service Provider") regarding downloading, installing, accessing, and using the App and related network services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, or create derivative works from the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, trademarks, interface, text, and technical content belong to the Service Provider. We may adjust features or fees based on service operations and will communicate material changes within a reasonable scope. Users are responsible for device security and account credentials, and we do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices.
The Service may integrate required third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using the Service, you may also be bound by those providers' own terms and privacy policies.
Service functionality depends on an available network environment, including Wi-Fi, mobile data, or wired networks. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by device arrears, data limits, signal quality, regional network policies, or local configuration. Mobile data and roaming charges may apply, and you should confirm that you are authorized to use the relevant network or billing account.
Users are responsible for their own conduct, including compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and account security requirements. We work to maintain route accuracy and service availability, but some network data or service components may depend on third-party suppliers. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install newer versions when necessary.
Digital Service Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Digital services, subscription benefits, or access rights are generally final once delivered and are not eligible for no-reason refunds.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided when accounts, licenses, subscriptions, or access rights are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.
